Purchase Price
The Buyer aggress to pay for the good at a sum equal to the purchase price and any required delivery, this amount is required to be paid as follows an agreed down payment at point of order, the final balance as required before collection/delivery
REFUND / CANCELLATION
Due to the bespoke nature of our products Wrestling Rings UK Has A NO REFUND and NO CANCELLATION Policy on any order that is manufactured by us, including wrestling rings, boxing rings,
MMA cages, or any equipment that we manufacture.
Once we receive an order, the equipment is part of our production and cannot be cancelled or refunded, for any reason.
Delivery of Goods
Because Of The Size Of The Pallets, Deliveries Can’t Be Pinned Down To An Exact Date For Deliveries.
The goods will be deemed as received by the Buyer when delivered to the Address provided by the Buyer or when collected by the Buyer or an agreed 3rd party from the Sellers premises.
Risk of Loss
The risk of loss of the goods regardless of the cause, will remain with the Seller until the goods have been received by the Buyer
Warranties
The Seller warrants that i) The Seller is the legal owner of the goods, ii) The Seller has the legal right to sell the goods, iii) The goods are fit for purpose
Manufacturer’s Defects
In the very rare instance that a product has a defect from the manufacturer, do not use the product. Take photos and contact us with the photos and details of the defect. A manufacturer's defect would be extremely rare, as most items have been inspected prior to shipping, many times. Should there be a manufacturer's defect, follow the above rules and we will instruct you what to do from that point, we have a repair or replace policy on most items if deemed reasonable defect .
Delays
The Seller will not be liable for any delays caused by, but not limited to, transportation shortage, delays in receipt of material, fires, accidents of other causes beyond the control of the Seller
Remedies
The Seller's limit of liability for any and all losses resulting from defective goods will be the replacement or repair
